WiesnShop AG

LivingTech was tasked with creating an online store for wiesnshop.ch, which has an excellent reputation in Switzerland. The store offers several thousand products and variant items. In order to run the store successfully, special requirements for the system and functions were necessary.

Shopware 6 and a custom import plugin

The store system was built with Shopware 6, migrating all products from Shopware 5. To enable the import of all products into categories, we developed our own import plugin.

Artificial Intelligence and Recommendy

To write the product information, artificial intelligence was used to automatically generate the descriptions. In addition, Recommendy was implemented, a tool for product and bundle recommendations. The tool shows suggestions to customers live on the website, encouraging upselling and cross-selling.

Google & Bing Ads

Shopping results on Google Shopping and Bing are constantly monitored and adjusted using artificial intelligence and an algorithm developed for this purpose.

Wallee, payment and dunning system

All payments are processed via Wallee, where the entire dunning process is also managed.

Results

By working with LivingTech, wiesnshop.ch was able to successfully set up and operate its online store. The conversion to Shopware 6 and the implementation of artificial intelligence and Recommendy contributed significantly to the improvement of the store. The monitoring of shopping results using artificial intelligence and the developed algorithm led to increased visibility and thus to an increase in sales.

LivingTech helped wiesnshop.ch strengthen its online presence by developing a successful online store. The use of Shopware 6, the proprietary import plugin, artificial intelligence and Recommendy, and the monitoring of shopping results using artificial intelligence and the algorithm led to a successful online store. The turnover could be increased significantly due to the measures taken.
